This hotel and Sboca Wireless Network are pleased to welcome you to high-speed, wireless Internet service.  The system you are using is based on 802.11b (Wi-Fi) technology, which is the industry standard for wireless technology.  If you are able to view the login screen, you have successfully accessed our network.

 

Frequently asked questions:

 

Why do I receive the message “ERROR: Please contact the system administrator”?

 

 - The username and password you are using is not valid.  Be sure to include @sboca in the username, and try again.  If you still have trouble, please contact the front desk for a replacement username and password.

 

Where do I obtain a username and password?

 

 - The front desk username and password can supply you with a username and password.  You may also return to the log-in page and choose Get User Name/Pricing for additional information.

 

My computer sees multiple access points.  Which one should I use?

 

 - The Sboca Wireless Network allows for many access points within a hotel.  If your system does not automatically connect you, please choose the access point that is providing you the strongest signal.

 

I want to use Outlook, Outlook Express or other email client software.  What is the outbound SMTP server?

 

 - At most properties, the outbound SMTP is smtp.comcast.net.  It this does not work, please click here to be directed to our support site.
